Eldervisor was founded by Bahamia Bailey, LPN, CMC, a licensed practical nurse and Care Manager Certified professional with more than 20 years in healthcare. Her career spans the full arc of care: from the bedside and hospital floor to family homes, doctors' offices and the wider community. Along the way, she led a remote employer care navigation program and a CMS GUIDE Dementia Care Model program that together supported families across the country.

She believes every older adult deserves to be known as a whole person, not a diagnosis, and that no family should have to navigate aging care without help and support.

Now she is bringing that national experience home, with a team that knows South Florida and shows up for it, one family at a time.
