For Families

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Whether your parent lives down the street or you are managing from another state, we help you understand what is happening, decide what to do next, and make sure it gets done.

  • A recent fall, hospital stay or new diagnosis
  • Worry about safety at home, medications or memory
  • Too many providers and no one connecting the dots
  • Siblings who disagree, or one person carrying it all
  • Living far away and not sure what is really going on
  • Deciding between staying home, assisted living or memory care

Common questions

Questions families ask

Straight answers to what families wonder most. Don't see yours? We are glad to talk it through.

What does a care manager actually do?

We assess your parent's situation, build a care plan, coordinate the people and services involved, advocate at appointments and transitions, and keep your family informed. Think of us as the professional who connects all the dots.

Do you provide hands-on care?

No. We do not provide medical or personal care. We help you find, arrange and oversee the right care providers, and we make sure the plan is working.

Is this covered by Medicare or insurance?

Care management is private pay and is not covered by Medicare. Some long-term care insurance policies may reimburse part of the cost, and we can provide documentation for your claim.

Can you help if my parent lives in assisted living or a nursing home?

Yes. We support older adults wherever they live: at home, in independent or assisted living, memory care, or a skilled nursing or rehab facility. We work alongside the staff there and keep your family informed.

I live out of state. Can you still help?

Yes. Long-distance families are a large part of who we serve. Your parent needs to live in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County. You can be anywhere.

How much does care management cost?

Every family's needs are different, so support is sized to your situation. Care management is private pay. We share starting fees when you book your free intro call and recommend the right level of support during the call.

What happens on the free intro call?

A relaxed 15-minute conversation about what is going on and what you need. If we are a good fit, we will suggest a next step. If not, we will point you toward resources that can help.
