• Billing details. Card and payment details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Our website platform records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited. Cookies help pages work.

Information about your family member

Care management means sharing personal details about someone you love. Please share only what is needed and what you are comfortable sharing. We use it only to provide, coordinate and document our services, and we share it only with the people and providers involved in care, with your permission, or when the law requires it. When we work with professionals who referred you, we share updates only with permission.

• Respond to inquiries and schedule calls.

• Send invoices and receipts and handle customer service.

• Service providers that help us run Eldervisor, such as Systeme.io (website, email and scheduling), Stripe (payments), Microsoft or Google (email), and Zoom or your phone carrier (calls).
• Authorities when the law requires it or when needed to protect someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as needed to provide our services and as required for our professional, legal, insurance and tax obligations.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
• Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Some records may need to be kept for legal or insurance reasons.
