Eldervisor Policies
Effective October 26, 2026. The terms that apply when you use our website and book a call.
These terms apply when you visit www.eldervisor.com, book a call or contact Eldervisor LLC ("Eldervisor," "we," "us" or "our"), 11352 West State Road 84 #93, Davie, FL 33325. By using our website you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.
The free intro call is a short conversation to understand your situation and whether our services are a fit. It is not an assessment, and it does not create a client relationship or a duty to provide services.
Care management services begin only after you sign a written service agreement. That agreement explains the services, fees, billing, scheduling, cancellations, communication and consent, and it controls if anything here differs. Prices shown on our website are starting points in US dollars and may change. Care management is private pay and is not billed to Medicare.
Notary and professional guardianship services are described on our website as coming soon. We do not offer them until all Florida requirements are met. Professional guardianship is appointed by a court.
We assess, plan, coordinate, advocate and communicate. We do not provide hands-on medical or personal care, diagnose or treat, give legal, tax or financial advice, or make decisions on behalf of your family member unless legally authorized to do so.
Please do not misuse our website, interfere with how it works, or copy our content in bulk. All content, including text, graphics and the Eldervisor name, belongs to Eldervisor and is protected by law. You may share links to our pages.
We may link to other websites and resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or services.
Our website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website, and Eldervisor will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Your rights as a client are set out in your service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@eldervisor.com.
