Eldervisor Policies
Effective October 26, 2026. Please read before relying on information from our website.
The information on www.eldervisor.com is for general education about aging and care options. It is not medical, nursing, legal, financial, tax or insurance advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship.
Eldervisor is led by a licensed practical nurse and Care Manager Certified (CMC) professional with more than 20 years of experience in geriatric care and care management. Our services focus on assessment, care planning, coordination and advocacy. We do not provide hands-on nursing or medical care, diagnose or treat, or replace your family member's physicians and care team.
Always talk with your family member's doctor, pharmacist or care team before changing medications, treatment or care.
If someone may be having a medical emergency, call 911. For emotional crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
We are not attorneys, accountants or financial advisors. Information about powers of attorney, guardianship, Medicare, Medicaid, veterans benefits or paying for care is general. Please speak with an elder law attorney, financial professional or the benefits office involved before making decisions.
When offered, notary services will verify identity and witness signatures only. A notary cannot give legal advice about a document or notarize for anyone who does not understand what they are signing.
We work to keep information accurate, but programs, costs and rules change. Every family is different, and we cannot promise any particular outcome.
