Questions families ask

Frequently asked questions

My parent has not been diagnosed. Can you still help?

Yes. We can help you make sense of what you are seeing, prepare for the doctor visit, and plan for safety in the meantime.

Can you help my parent stay at home?

Often, yes, with the right support in place. We will be honest with you about what it takes and when another setting may be safer.

What if my parent refuses help?

This is very common. We help families plan how to approach the conversation and introduce help in a way that protects your parent’s dignity.

Do you work with families who live far away?

Yes. We can be your eyes and ears locally and keep everyone updated.
