Local eyes and ears when you cannot be here.

Many of the families we serve live hours or states away. We become your eyes, ears and advocate on the ground, so you can make decisions with real information instead of guesswork.

Questions families ask

Frequently asked questions

How often do you visit?

As often as your family needs. Most long-distance families start with monthly or twice-monthly visits and adjust from there.

How do we stay in the loop?

You get a written update after every visit, and we can copy siblings in different cities so no one is relying on secondhand news.

Can you go to appointments with my parent?

Yes. We attend appointments, ask the questions you would ask if you were in the room, and send you what was decided.

What happens in an emergency?

We respond locally and contact you directly, so you are not finding out hours later or piecing it together from a voicemail.
